For the most part, my family (siblings and such) have laid my father to rest…. and now we have our memories. My siblings and I are now the matriarchs/patriarchs of our line. Weird to think that, yknow.
But life *does* go on… and I did showcase to my kids that after grieving, you get back to the business of supporting ones family. So its a good Life Lesson.

So where was I?
Ah yes.
So. Yesterday I visited my dads home for the last time. Packed the husband/kids into the moosemobile and brought back the computer lab my husband had built for him.
My childhood is officially over…. my siblings and I are the oldest in our ancestry tree. Feels very weird, that. Came home and instead of going to the movies (my first plan)…. decided that I would simply stay home and decompress. The night was hugely weird…. tons of nervous energy and stuff. But… eventually got to bed…
