Where was I?
Ah yes! Sunday! A huge huge huge miracle occurred – actually slept several hours straight last night and woke up very quietly energized. AT my age, a wild night out is defined just like that!! 🙂 Going to get back into my GERUizing at http://askbling.com/geru and think about that

It was supposed to end on Friday, then yesterday, now tonight.
And that IS how the big dogs market.
For a week now… vast numbers of people have heard about GERU or are on the fence or…
And every day, the deadline got extended. Im pretty sure its closing tonight (after all, its Sunday here) but thats just one of the power marketing lessons youll learn from just *watching* the scenario evolve.

Ah yes, Saturday morning. Storms are abrewin here on the East Coast. Hit the gym yesterday and ideally… will quietly work on my GERUizing!

And! Guess what! Your Special! To be precise, Your Special Self! In other words…. had a big talk with my kids yesterday (okay 1 kid) about the term special as it means to *me*. You might not be aware, but I was bullied quite a lot growing up…. and the only thing my mom could make me see as special was the kindness/compassion I would always show to others no matter what.
That was always comforting…. (and true for that matter).
Zoom up to today – apparently todays youth thinks nobody is special, everyone is the same or should be, yadayadayada. To which I say, Begone Florbeetoe! I think we all have qualities we can call special…. and when youre bashed over the head by other thingees in life, its comforting to realize.
That talk went well and led into a chat with another kid. I visited the guidance department yesterday and will be meeting with them next week to see about additional tutoring/etc in classes where kid has difficulty. My kids know they are responsible for their own grades and they need to put in 120% of effort… and if kid is willing to do that, really glad the school steps up to the plate. Massive parenting win!! Took all my kids out yesterday to Starbucks to celebrate
the successful completion of the first week (well, actually, it was really to celebrate their emotional steps – all the kids took ownership of their different issues and sought to solve them). Woot!
